Sale & Resale

  • Context

Each year, the excitement for FEQ is undeniable, and we love seeing festival-goers eager to get their passes. Thank you for sharing your passion for FEQ with us!

Unfortunately, some individuals take advantage of the high demand to resell passes.

It is not normal to find passes on the market at a much higher price than the one set by the festival. In these cases, resellers are profiting from the love of music at the expense of artists and the public.

  • Our Initiatives
    • Access control to the ticketing system to prevent bot purchases
    • Limit of 4 passes per transaction
    • One transaction per card at a time
    • Waiting room system to manage buyer traffic and prevent bulk purchases
    • Encouragement to purchase passes through our official website
  • Lend, borrow, enjoy

Ticket holders are encouraged to share their passes with loved ones (rather than renting them out) in a spirit of community and respect for the festival's values.

Stay vigilant for potential cases of resale and discuss them with those around you.

  • Our Advice
    1. Always ensure you are on the official FEQ website when making your purchase.
    2. Be cautious of the top search engine results—resale sites often pay to appear first.
    3. Check the price and availability of passes:
      • If passes are being sold before the official sale date, they are from resellers.
      • If passes are still available after official stock is sold out, they are from resellers.
      • The official availability and pricing are displayed on our website under the "Choose My Pass" page.

BLEUFEU's Commitment to Transparency and Fairness. The sale of FEQ 2025 passes follows a rigorous and structured process to ensure fairness for all. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Exact Sale Time – The official public sale will begin precisely at noon on February 26, unless an unforeseen event occurs (e.g., system failure).
  • Online Waiting Room – As every year, a waiting room will be activated in the morning on the day of the sale to manage buyer traffic in the transaction system. Buyers who arrive before the sale opens will be directed here. The waiting room will be active from 9 AM to noon, with no advantage to joining early.
  • Queue System – When sales open, those in the waiting room are placed into a queue with a randomly assigned position. They can track their progress in real time. Anyone arriving after noon will be placed at the end of the queue.
