- To confirm your membership status, you will need to enter your debit card number on the Desjardins website. This will be possible starting at 10:00 AM on February 25th. You will then be directed to our waiting room until the sale begins. At noon, a random queue number will be assigned to you to proceed with your purchase.
Pass delivery will occur no later than 2 weeks before the event starts.

Required age
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Note that children between 0 and 10 years old do not need a wristband to attend performances in general admission areas. Limit of 2 children per adult.
EXCEPTION - The pass will be mandatory for everyone on July 11 (Slayer, Mastodon and Sandveiss) on the Plains of Abraham.
Note that only umbrella strollers are now allowed at evening performances. Other types of strollers are only permitted for children's shows on Saturdays and Sundays in the morning at Place de l'Assemblée-Nationale.
Admission to sites
Come early! The pass does not automatically guarantee admission to sites because capacities are limited. To ensure on-site security, the Festival reserves the right to make appropriate decisions, including the decision to restrict admission.
