Velours Velours

The brainchild of Raphaël Pépin-Tanguay, Velours Velours has been making waves since 2020, quickly becoming a favorite among Quebec music lovers. After performing alongside Étienne Coppée, he released his debut EP, Fauve, in 2022, co-produced with Philippe Brach. Blending retro-inspired pop with youthful energy, his music captures both Montreal wanderings and Gaspé road trips. Winner of the Socan Foundation Award in 2022 and named a “must-watch artist” by Radio-Canada in 2023, Velours Velours captivates audiences with powerful, heartfelt performances and a passion for conceptualizing his shows.
