Soleil Launière, named Radio-Canada Revelation 2024-2025 and winner of the 2024 Francouvertes, is a multidisciplinary Innu artist from Mashteuiatsh. Her debut album, Taueu, released in 2023, delves into themes of identity, language, femininity, and matriarchy. Joined on stage by the talented musicians of CHANCES and Simon Walls, she blends vocal harmonies, powerful percussion, and performance art to create a captivating soul-roots.
