Formed in 1969 in Halifax, April Wine became a cornerstone of Canadian rock, selling over 20 million albums and releasing more than 20 records throughout their career. The '70s and '80s saw them rise to fame with hits like Roller, I Like to Rock, and You Could Have Been a Lady.
Their power ballad Just Between You and Me made them the first Canadian band featured on MTV. With 11 Juno Award nominations, they were inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2010. Still going strong, April Wine continues to rock stages across North America.
